1) Ferrari Carano Vineyards

 8761 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg CA 95448

Located in Dry Creek Valley, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery features world-class wines, five acres of breath taking gardens and beautiful vineyard views. Visitors can shop for wine gifts and taste Ferrari Carano’s assortment of wines in the Villa Fiore Tasting Room and Wine Shop, head downstairs to the underground cellars to taste reserve and limited reserve wines in the Enoteca Reserve Tasting Bar , or head outside to taste wines on Il Terrazzo Outdoor Tasting Terrace overlooking the winery’s sustainably grown vineyards. Tasting areas are open daily 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, no reservations necessary.

Tours & Private Tastings
Ferrari-Carano offers tours daily by appointment at 10:00 am, Monday through Saturday. These tours are hosted by knowledgeable and friendly staff that will give you a history of Ferrari Carano and a view into current wine making methods.

Ferrari-Carano offers private tastings daily, 11:00 am and 2:30 pm, by appointment. Tastings range in price from $25 to $45 per person. Wine Club
Ferrari Carano features a wonderful wine club. Joining the Circle of Friends Wine Club is free and gives you total control over the types of wines you want,single wines, all reds, all whites or both.

Ferrari-Carano Becomes a Certified California Sustainable Vineyard
Ferrari-Carano is now a Certified California Sustainable Vineyard, recognized by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) for their numerous efforts to preserve the land for future generations while producing memorable wines of outstanding quality. The certification acknowledges Ferrari-Carano for being conscientious of the environment, surroundings, neighbors and their labor force in their 24 vineyards. Since founding the winery in 1982, Don and Rhonda Carano have emphasized careful vineyard management and gentle practices. In 2014, Sonoma County Vintners pledged to become 100 percent sustainable by 2019. With 1,700 acres of sustainably-farmed vineyards throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino County, Ferrari-Carano is helping to lead by example.

2) J Vineyards & Winery

J Vineyards and Winery offers world class wines and foods in their multiple tasting rooms. The new Bubble Room offers culinary excellence of a multi course pairing with sparkling wines. During spring and summer light bites are offered on the J Terrace. The seated Legacy Tasting room offers reserve and limited wines and an optional cheese pairing. The Signature Tasting room introduces guests to J’s signature Russian River Valley wines. For educational tastings J Vineyards has in depth guided walking and tour tastings.

J Bubble Room

Judy Jordan founded J’s educational wine and food pairing program in 1999 – one of the first in Sonoma County.

The Bubble Room at J Vineyards & Winery brings together two accomplished artists – Executive Chef Carl Shelton and Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock. With the bounty of Sonoma County as his muse, Chef Carl uses ingredients and techniques to create five courses of food and wine pairings to showcase Nicole’s wines. Each menu tells a different story of the relationship between our varietal and sparkling wines and locally sourced ingredients. Guests are treated to a world-class hospitality experience as the expert staff in the J Bubble Room delights and educates with each pairing. In pursuit of the perfect moment, each element of the Bubble Room is flawlessly woven together to tell the story of J.

Offered Thursday through Sunday with seatings at 11am, 11:30am, 12pm,  2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm. Guests over 21 are welcome.

J Terrace Tasting

This alfresco food and wine pairing is offered during our warm season, April 21st through November.

This unique experience includes four of J’s award-winning varietal or sparkling wines served with four small appetizers.

The Terrace is open Friday through Sunday (seasonal May-October). Seatings every half-hour from 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm. Reservations encouraged. The wine and food pairing is offered at $55 per person per flight (discounts for Club J members).

J Legacy Tasting

Hosted in our Legacy Reserve Lounge, this relaxing, seated tasting features J’s small-production Pinot NoirChardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Artisan cheese and charcuterie pairings are also available for an additional fee from our tasting menu.

Our relaxed and inviting family winery makes the perfect afternoon getaway. Modeled after a Loire Valley chateau, our charming tasting room epitomizes the small family feel of the Dry Creek Valley. Enjoy a snack paired with Dry Creek Vineyard wines on our beautiful picnic grounds, start up a friendly competition with a game of bocce, or take part in one of several educational wine tasting options that we offer.

In our tasting room, sample our world-class wines including limited-production, single-vineyard bottlings only available at the winery for $15 per person.

Tour and Taste Dry Creek Valley

Experience a behind-the-scenes look at Dry Creek Vineyard as one of our knowledgeable wine educators leads you through a guided tour of our family winery’s history, sustainable vineyard and winery practices, winemaking techniques, and much more! Along the way, you’ll enjoy an intimate tasting of our limited production and single vineyard wines.

Private Wine Flight and Picnic Lunch

Reservation Required – $40 per person

Enjoy a private wine tasting and delicious boxed lunch on our picnic grounds while visiting our family winery. Our fresh, seasonal menu options and a glass of Dry Creek Vineyard wine are the perfect complements to your wine country experience.

Meritage: The Art of the Blend

Saturday & Sunday – Reservation Required – $50 per person

Together we will explore the fine art of Meritage blending. With your host and the tools of the trade, you will learn the history of the classic Bordeaux-style blend, tasting and measuring the five noble red grape varietals to ultimately create your own perfect blend. (Groups of 4 or more)

Bocce In The Vineyard

Reservation Required – $150 for up to 16 people

Your afternoon of bocce will include a chilled bottle of Dry Creek Vineyard Dry Chenin Blanc or Fumé Blanc, a host to get you situated and tableside service for additional bottles of wine, cheese or anything else that you may desire from the tasting room. You will have exclusive use of the bocce court for two hours to entertain your friends, family or clients in an intimate setting. (21+ only please)

Dry Creek Vineyard

Established in 1972 by David S. Stare, Dry Creek Vineyard is Dry Creek Valley’s flagship winery located in the heart of Sonoma County, California. This premier, family-owned winery is celebrating 45 years of winemaking and is led by the second generation. Dry Creek Vineyard proudly produces delicious Dry Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Meritage blends as well as a portfolio of single vineyard selections.

4) Landmark Vineyards Hop Kiln Estate

Located in the heart of the Russian River Valley on Westside Road, just ten minutes south of the town of Healdsburg, the Landmark Vineyards Hop Kiln Estate captures the rich history of wine growing in the region. The iconic location has grown wine grapes on the property since the late 1800’s and uses a preserved historical landmark, an old stone hop kiln building, as its Tasting Room.

The Landmark Vineyards Hop Kiln Estate offers indoor and outdoor tasting experiences, and expansive vineyard views in a historic setting. Limited-production Pinot Noir and Chardonnay off the estate and from surrounding vineyards are offered daily. A delicious array of local cheeses and charcuterie to complement your tasting aremade available as a build-your-own picnic option for all guests.
